Traditional roast turkey, with chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, pigs in blankets, goose fat roast potatoes and a roasted gravy
Pan roast fillet of halibut, served on a bed of mussels and leeks. With a potato rosti and chive butter
Slow braised beef brisket ragu, with tagliatelle pasta and fresh parmesan, accompanied by a dressed side salad
Roasted vegetable and puy lentil pancakes, baked in a rich cheese sauce, with dressed leaves
Slow cooked Chinese pork belly, with charred vegetables, a roasted pork jus and a potato and caramelised onion terrine
